Our entire world has been conceived with the human being as its all controlling ‘king’. This is one of the reasons, planet earth is reaching its capacity limits so that the existence of mankind is not secured any more. What is needed is a change in our mindset. We need to understand ourselves as part of something bigger – something we form an integral part of: the ecosystem. In the lecture, Markus Appenzeller reflects on this much needed change in thinking, illustrating how MLA+ is working on finding solutions to make this change happen.
