We changed

We replaced the traditional "room-by-room" program layout with interwoven zones that act as fluid, performative stages. Also, we shifted the paradigm from “learning to perform” to “performing to learn”—nurturing self-awareness, community, and cultural acceptance through music.

Transformation

+ Introduced interaction stages, community spaces, and nature zones to link contrasting programs, creating permeable transitions instead of isolated rooms.
+ Envelope as Expression: Each facade varies in openness and light permeability depending on program needs, creating a building skin that communicates the life inside.
+ The design blends spatial fluidity with social intention.

Climate

+ A delicate material strategy that balances daylighting with visual softness, evoking traditional dancer costumes while maintaining energy efficiency and environmental responsiveness.
