MLA+ has been asked to develop a visionary master plan for the Tashkent Golf Project, a large-scale 43.14-hectare mixed-use development bridging urban life with nature. Our role was to create a sustainable, community-focused design that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces while preserving the natural landscape. We delivered a master plan prioritizing green corridors, self-sufficient neighborhoods, and social sustainability.

We proposed creating a unique living experience nestled in a forest environment, offering stunning views that connect residents with nature. The architecture is thoughtfully designed to blend with the surroundings, enhancing biodiversity through flora and fauna-inclusive elements. Large green outdoor spaces encourage outdoor activities and foster a sense of tranquility.

Tashkent Golf provides the convenience of essential services within easy
reach, ensuring residents' daily needs are met effortlessly. With a well-developed transportation network, it offers seamless connectivity to Tashkent. The area also features a robust social infrastructure, including schools, kindergartens, and everyday amenities, making it an ideal location for families and individuals seeking both comfort and convenience.
