Price Bay mix use complex: The land cruise is located at the heart of Shekou harbor area, which is the emerging gateway between mainland China to Hongkong and Macau.
The site contains a commercial plot and a residential plot, each of 55,000 sqm building area. The design focused on creating an iconic skyline at this prominent location, as well as creating functional and attractive public space. Urbanistically, the complex is connected via underground, ground floor public space and an elevated pedestrian bridge system, together they establish a highly accessible site. Architecturally, the apartment complex is formed by three view-maximizing towers, connected by a commercial ring at their waist to provide phenomenal public space as well as lush sky deck. The twin office towers on the other plot sit on a commercial plinth, linked by a sky lobby with open meeting space and fantastic views. The façade design utilizes the shading devices as practical and aesthetical manner to achieve a harmonious yet diverse look of the tower ensemble.
