The development of this tourism cluster masterplan included the framework development of the park's trails, which we subdivided according to the route type (circular or linear). That led to the trails forming a park framework, consequently providing visitors with the option to either take a short walk along the ring trails, or easily combine routes and modes of transportation. It also helped in the formation and division of busier and calmer zones. It is necessary to connect water bodies with adjacent terrains, in this case a single network of a bicycle-pedestrian framework, that takes into account the needs of the local community. A landscape also consists of its inhabitants, and it is, therefore, crucial that the planned transformations are supported by the local community. The masterplan defined the key nodes of the settlement routes and their connection as the natural park's tourist trails. Great attention was paid to identifying places for investment in infrastructure, information centers, and living quarters. We did not just focus on creating benefits for tourists, but also on improving the living conditions of the local population. Finally, the tourist potential of the settlements of the Chusovaya River lies in their direct inclusion in the natural park, as well as in the frame of the trails. Research and focus on the identity of each of them was an essential part of this masterplan development.
