Project

By means of a competition, MLA+ was awarded the commission to design a residential complex with supporting functions in a highly visible location at river Moskva opposite the city's CBD. 

The masterplan arranges three towers on top of a triangular block. The towers are arranged in such a way that views to the river are maximised. The continuous facades on the ground floor clearly separate the communal courtyard from the public street. 

Each of the buildings has its own facade, rendering the ensemble as a collection of individual structures rather than a singular mass. The whole project has been designed with a focus on the quality of detail in the facade design. Brick facades with elaborated detail deliver an architecture that is equally timeless and sturdy.
