Exciting progress on another one of our Shenzhen projects!


Designed in collaboration with Aedas and Shenzhen Huayang, for Shenzhen Longgang City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd, this 42,381㎡ mixed-use urban complex is taking shape.


As an integrated industrial park, it will bring together R&D offices, laboratories, conference and exhibition spaces, commercial areas, and dormitories—creating a dynamic hub for innovation and collaboration.
