MLA+ has been shortlisted for the Guangzhou Bay Area New Bank International Design Competition

We’re thrilled to share that MLA+ and UAD (The Architectural Design & Research Institute of Zhejiang University Co., Ltd.) team has been shortlisted for the Guangzhou Bay Area New Bank International Design Competition (Luochongwei Zone.

The project targets a 7 km stretch along the Shijing River (353.19 ha), aiming to enhance spatial structure, ecological landscape, and cultural heritage through conceptual urban design.
