MLA+ Completes Tashkent Golf Project
Visionary masterplan for the Tashkent golf community
In 2024 we were invited to participate in the competition for Murad Buildings to develop a visionary masterplan for the Tashkent Golf Project, a large-scale 43.14-hectare mixed-use development bridging urban life with nature.
Our role was to create a sustainable, community-focused design that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces while preserving the natural landscape. We delivered a master plan prioritizing green corridors, self-sufficient neighborhoods, and social sustainability.
Key features include forest living-inspired housing, pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, and water-sensitive urban design. The result is a future-proof, eco-conscious destination offering a high quality of life, strong community connections, and seamless integration with Tashkent’s evolving urban fabric.
