MLA+ is looking for a Junior Urban/Landscape Designer with a Strong international background and work experience to join our Rotterdam office. We welcome Urban Designers and Landscape Designers with experience in larger-scale urban design projects to apply.

You will work in a collaborative environment with a diverse team of urbanists and architects on international assignments. Our projects are complex, multidisciplinary, and grounded in a strong understanding of place, policy, and people.

Who are we looking for

+ Strong organisation and communication skills.

+ Positive mindset and personal curiosity towards our methods and multicultural team.

+ Design culture driven by curiosity and a deep understanding of place, policy, and people

+ A passion for cities and hands-on drawing skills.

+ Fluent in English (Fluent in two or more Languages is a big plus).

+ Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (EU citizenship or valid work permit).

+ Knowledge of GIS is a plus.
