Frank Bakker and Mohamed Hassan appointed as MLA+ Directors
Leadership transition reinforces alignment, performance, and global reach
The appointments reinforce strategic alignment across operations, partnerships, and project delivery, marking a new phase in the practice’s evolution.
As part of this transition, Gerard Maccreanor and Richard Lavington will step down from their current roles, with founding partner Gerard Maccreanor continuing to support the practice as a consultant.
Frank has been closely connected to the wider MLA+ network for many years through his work with Maccreanor Lavington, bringing deep experience in business management, finance, and operations. His role will focus on aligning resources, planning, and delivery to create a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
Mohamed, who has been part of MLA+ for several years, steps into the Director role to further strengthen the practice’s strategic and content leadership. His focus will be on connecting vision to delivery and deepening relationships with partners and clients.
Ruizhi Cao, as Director of the Shenzhen office in China, will continue to strengthen MLA+’s presence and leadership in the region.
As MLA+ moves forward, these changes align the practice around a shared commitment to clarity, creativity, and accountability, building on its global experience to meet the challenges of a changing world.
